私は、日本の学習法は、誰にとっても学習が容易で効率的な方法だと思います。
私は11日の休日には、1日、剣道の講習会に参加しました。
いつも内容は、剣道形の復習です。
全日本剣道連盟が定めている剣道形は、10本あります。
これをひたすら復習します。
こういうふうに定められているから、こうしなさい、という復習です。
これを体得するまで練習をします。
いつも同じで、あまり参考になるところはありません。
それでも定期的に講習会を開いています。
形を重視した練習法は、他の武道も同じです。居合、合気道も同じように形を用いて練習しています。
形は、ひとつの成功例です。その形を先生側が攻撃側となって守備側の生徒に教えるものです。訓練では、攻守ともにその動きを身に付けるまで何度も行います。
私は、ここに日本人の学びの形があると思います。
小学校では、生徒に軍隊のような動きをさせます。授業の前に、礼とか、静かに座るとかを教育されます。
トヨタの会社では、アメリカから学んだ方法を改善して新しい形を作りました。
これは、看板方式と呼ばれて、世界中に普及しました。
日本剣道形は、外国の人にも学びやすいので、世界中に普及したと思います。
日本の自動車生産方式は、外国にも取り入れられています。
日本人は外国から取り入れた技術を改良し形を作り出します。
私は、この日本の学習法は、誰にとっても学習が容易で良い方法だと思います。
Japanese learning style
I think the Japanese way of learning is easy and efficient for anyone to learn.
On the 11th, I attended a kendo seminar for one day. The content is always a review of kendo kata. The All Japan Kendo Federation has established 10 kendo kata. We review these over and over. This is a review of how you should do it because it is established like this. We practice until we have mastered it.
It is always the same, so there is not much to refer to. Still, we hold seminars regularly.
The practice method that emphasizes kata is the same in other martial arts. Iai and Aikido also practice using kata in the same way.
Kata is one example of a successful technique. The teacher is the attacking side and teaches the kata to the students on the defensive side. In training, we practice both offensive and defensive movements many times until we have mastered them.
I think this is the Japanese way of learning. In elementary school, we have students move like in the military. Before class, students are taught things like how to bow and sit quietly. Toyota improved on a method they learned from America to create a new kata. This is called the kanban method, and has spread all over the world. I think Japanese kendo kata have spread all over the world because they are easy for foreigners to learn.
Japan’s automobile production methods have also been adopted by foreign countries.
Japanese people improve on technology they adopt from abroad and create kata.
I think this Japanese learning method is a good method because it is easy for anyone to learn.
