私は、自衛隊に勤務していた時、隊長が変わるとその部隊の雰囲気が大きく変わるのを見ました。私は、不思議だなと思っていました。

His father failed in the rice market, so he stopped halfway through elementary school and was sent to work as an apprentice at a store.
How did he spend his time as a boy?
Why did he start a company?
How did he gather people?
How did he sell the company’s products?
It describes his views on business and life.
In a word, it’s an open and honest way of thinking.
I think this excited employees’ sympathy and led to the development of the company.
When I served in the Self-Defense Forces, I saw the atmosphere of the unit change dramatically when the unit leader changed. I thought it was strange.
After reading this book, I realized that a leader’s business philosophy is crucial to the development of an organization.
There are many great heroes in history.
People like Oda Nobunaga from the Sengoku period and Alexander the Great probably had their business philosophy that attracted their subordinates.
