日本の国際開発援助、ODAが完全に再開された。
私は、二週間前の日曜日にウルグアイに出発した3人のボランティアを羽田空港で見送りました。
コロナの流行がおさまったので、JICA海外協力隊の活動が再開されました。
ウルグアイには、今回3人が一緒に赴任することになったそうです。
私の後任の剣道ボランティアは、佐藤さんという方でした。
私たちの時とは違って、奥さんを連れてゆくことができなくなりました。
後の二人は、合気道と野菜栽培の方でした。
合気道は、なかなか人気があります。
私は、国際親善のために頑張ってきてほしいと思いました。
私は、日本のJICA海外協力隊の派遣が通常通り戻って本当にうれしい。
Japan’s international development assistance, ODA, has been fully resumed.
Two weeks ago on Sunday, I saw off three volunteers who left for Uruguay at Haneda Airport.
Since the coronavirus outbreak has subsided, JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers activities have resumed.
It seems that the three of them will be assigned to Uruguay together this time.
The kendo volunteer who replaced me was Mr. Sato.
Unlike when we were there, he is no longer able to take his wife with him.
The other two were the Aikido volunteer and the vegetable cultivation volunteer.
Aikido is quite popular.
I hope that they will do their best to promote international friendship.
I am really happy that the dispatch of Japan’s JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers is back to normal.
