先日、「外付けDVDプレーヤーが動かない。」と言って、私の所に来た人がいました。
原因は、USBの 挿す位置が違っていました。
電力供給をしないUSB挿入口があるのです。DVDプレーヤーについている電源に電源が供給されれば、この位置でもかまいません。
また、先週、「買ってきたマウスが動かない。見に来てくれ。」という連絡がありました。
原因は、電池に薄いビニールカバーがついていて電源が入らなかったことでした。
他のマウスをつけて、正常に動きました。
それで買ってきたマウスが上手く動いていないことが分かります。そこで電池を変えてやってみたら正常に動きました。
また、ついでに子供からもらったという新品スマホのラインに新しい連絡先を付け加える方法を聞かれました。
私は、いろいろとやってみて、私を友達に追加しました。
この方は、「間違うと恐ろしくてできないんです。」と言っていました。
「何をしても壊れませんから、子供のように色々やれば良いんです。」
私は、若い人と老人の違いがわかった気がしました。
