成功している経営者の考え方は、さすがに立派です。
今日は、この本を紹介します。
「現実を見よ」という題名です。
著者は、ユニクロの柳井会長です。
この本には、先日、リップルのリーディングのトピックとして読んだユニクロの経営方針のマテリアルの元になった考え方が、書かれています。
彼は、このように言っています。
日本の現状は、既に三流国である。
多くの国民は気付いていない。この現実をまず見よ。
そのうえで経済を成長させなければならない。
政治家も官僚も国民も海外に目を向け、現状維持の体制から変革に向かって変わってゆかねばならない。
国の予算は、30％削減させなければならない。
彼は、経営者の視点から、国は、コストカットするべきだと言っています。
私も、その通りだと思います。
日本には、松下電気の松下さん、京セラの稲森さん、ソニーの盛田会長、ホンダの本田宗一郎さん等の素晴らしい経営者がいましたが、皆亡くなりました。
柳井さんは、これらの先輩の考え方を引き継いでいます。
彼の本を読むと、ユニクロが大きく発展したのは、大きな理念があったからだと思います。
私は、成功している経営者の考え方を知るのが好きです。
例えば、 楽天の三木谷社長、ホリエモン、 ゆきひろの書いた本を読んでいます。
私は、「成功している人は、考え方も素晴らしい。」とおもいます。
今日は、柳井さんが書いた「現実を見よ」という本を紹介しました。
Successful mindset
The mindset of a successful business owner is great.
Today I would like to introduce you to this book.
It’s called “Look at Reality”.
The author is Yanai Tadashi, chairman of UNIQLO.
Last time we read UNIQLO’s management policy as a topic of Ripple’s reading material.
This book explains the thinking behind UNIQLO’s management policy.
He said,
Japan is already a third-rate country.
Many people are unaware. Look at this reality first.
Then we have to grow the economy.
Politicians, bureaucrats, and the general public must turn their eyes overseas and shift from a system that maintains the status quo toward reform.
The national budget must be cut by 30%.
He says, from a manager’s point of view, the country should cut costs.
I think so too.
In Japan, there were great managers such as Mr. Matsushita of Matsushita Electric Com, Mr. Soichiro Honda of Honda Com, Mr. Morita of Sony, Mr. Inamori of Kyocera Com, but they all passed away.
Mr. Yanai has inherited the way of thinking of these seniors.
When I read his book, I think that UNIQLO developed greatly because he had a great philosophy.
I like to know the mindset of successful business owners.
For example, I read books written by Rakuten’s President Mikitani, Horiemon, and Yukihiro.
I think that “successful people have a wonderful way of thinking.”
Today, I introduced a book called “Look at Reality” written by Mr. Yanai.
