現在使っている農薬は、昔の万能農薬と違って非常に安全なのだそうです。
そして収穫する前の一定期間、例えば収穫の3日以内には農薬を使ってはいけないとなっています。もし使って、残留農薬が残っていていることが見つかったら回収を命じられるということです。
だから、皆さんの買った野菜は、そのまま食べても害になることはありません。
私が作っているカブは、そのまま食べても大丈夫なのです。」と言っていました。
