社長は、就業体験の終わる日に、社員達から「私たちがカバーしますから雇って下さい。」と頼まれたそうです。それが初めての採用だったという事です。そして今では、社員の7割が障害者だということです。

The president accepted a week’s work experience for two girl with intellectual disabilities . The president said that he could not hire them in advance.
On the day after the work experience, the president was asked by the employees, “We will cover it, so please hire them.” That was his first employment. And now, 70% of employees are disabled.
I thought this was the ideal way to run a company.
