私は、このラーメンを2，3か月に一度食べています。
家で作れる高級即席ラーメンです。
日本のラーメンは本当にすごいスピードで進化してきました。
子供の時、食堂でラーメンを初めて食べました。
私は、その時は、しょっぱくて、美味しいとは思いませんでした。
しばらくして、インスタントラーメンが登場しました。
ただ、お湯をかけて3分間待つだけのものです。
初めて食べた時はびっくりしました。
それからしばらくしたらカップラーメンが出ました。
カップラーメンは、私にとってそれほどおいしいものではありませんでした。
インスタントラーメンの方が美味しいと思いました。
一方、ラーメンは、日本を代表する食べ物になりました。
レストランの中でラーメン屋さんの数が一番です。
おいしくなったのは、食品加工技術が発達したからだと思います。
妻は、「ラーメンは、健康に悪い食品だ。」と思っています。
それで私は、ラーメンをほとんど食べることはできません。
それで、時々食べられるのが、長崎ちゃんぽんの野菜いっぱいのちゃんぽんです。
これは、今日の昼に私が作ったラーメンです。
大変に美味しいものです。
私は、現在、誰もが、このようなラーメンを簡単に作れる時代になったことを、本当にありがたいと思います。
ラーメンばかりでなく、多くの食品が昔より美味しくなりました。
それで、これから先、食品がどう変わって行くのかと思います。
Amazing evolution of ramen
I eat this ramen once every few months.
It is a high-class instant noodle that you can make at home.
Japanese ramen has evolved at a really great speed.
When I was a kid, I ate ramen for the first time in a restaurant.
I thought it was salty and not delicious at that time.
After a while, instant noodles appeared.
All you have to do is pour hot water and wait for 3 minutes. I was surprised when I ate it for the first time.
After a while, the cup ramen came out. Cup ramen wasn’t that delicious to me. I thought instant noodles were more delicious.
On the other hand, ramen has become one of Japan’s leading foods. The number of ramen shops is the largest among the restaurants.
I think it became delicious because of the development of food processing technology.
My wife thinks, “Ramen is a bad food for your health.”
So I can hardly eat ramen. My wife allowed me to eat Nagasaki Champon’s vegetable-filled ramen. She thinks it is healthy ramen.
This is the ramen that I made for today’s lunch.
It ’s delicious. I could never make it in the old days
I am truly grateful that we are now in an era where everyone can easily make such ramen.
Not only ramen, but many foods are more delicious than they used to be.
So, I wonder how food will change in the future.
