先日、ファミリーレストランのガストに行きました。
そこで、私は初めてフロアサービスロボットを見ました。
レストランでは、今まで、ウェイターの注文作業を減らすため、お客に直接デジタル・メニューブックから注文させていました。
このロボットは、厨房からお客のテーブルまで料理を運ぶためのロボットです。
ガストは、株式会社すかいらーくホールディングス傘下のレストランです。
この会社は、全国で既に約1,000店にこのロボットを導入しているということです。
マスコミでは、AIが単純労働者の職を奪うという予測をしています。
2015年に次のような試算が、オックスフォード大学と野村総研によって発表されたそうです。
「日本の労働人口の49％が人工知能やロボット等で代替可能になる」
そこで、AIによってなくなる可能性のある仕事・職業は、このような職業だと言われています。一般事務員、銀行員、警備員、建設作業員、スーパー・コンビニ店員、タクシー運転手、電車運転士、ライター。
私もこのような話は、聞いていました。
しかし、このロボットが働く現場を見て、驚きました。
確かにウェイターの仕事がなくなったと思いました。
近い将来、人々は、新しい働き方をする必要があると思います。
今日は、ロボットがウェイターの仕事を奪った現場を見たという報告でした。
AI robs unskilled workers of their jobs.

Therefore, it is said that the jobs and occupations that may disappear due to AI are such occupations. General clerk, bank clerk, security guard, construction worker, super convenience store clerk, taxi driver, train driver, writer. I also heard stories like this.
However, I was surprised to see the site where this robot works. Certainly I thought the waiter’s job was gone. I think people need to work in new ways in the near future.
